Hyundai first car service not fully done, bad service, and rude Management

On the 26th of May 2020 I took in my car for service at Hyundai Edenvale (138 Van Riebeeck Ave, Edenvale, 1609), and checked in the car before 8am. Prior to taking in the car I called in and booked in for the car and advised them that the USB compartment for the radio does not work, and I stated this to the salesperson within a week of buying the car and I kept going back there on a monthly basis but they could not sort the issue out. I was then told that the issue will be sorted out during the service of the car. I left the car with them for 2 full days, from 26-05-2020 to 27-05-2020 and only picked up the car on 28-05-2020. Upon my arrival on the pickup day I found that the car was dirty and had not been washed, my USB for the radio was still not working as well, and the day after I realized the staring wheel light was on and it had an exclamation mark and the car would make sound coming from the staring wheel when you start the car and when you switch the car off, I thought this would go away as the car had gone in for service, the car did not have the light nor the sound prior to the service. On Saturday 06-05-2020 I called in 4 times at which each of the time I had to stay on hold for 20 minutes to be transferred to the service department. On the 5th time calling, insisted that I want to be called back as I keep being put on hold and after 20 minutes the phones just cuts. I was then called back by the service department and I spoke to Sunnyboy who was rude to me and did not want to hear what my complaint is and told me to bring the car back. I told Sunnyboy that my car was there for 2 full days, why could they have not sorted everything out, they did not even wash the car, I then asked him who would pay for my petrol as they had the car for 2 days and I was called in and told the car is ready. Sunnyboy proceeded to ask me with attitude who is the owner of the car, and I rep**** that I the owner then he said I should pay for my own petrol because its not his fault that the USB is not fixed and that the staring wheel is having issues. I then asked Sunnyboy to speak to his manager, and he rep**** with arrogance that he does not have a manager. I then asked him who he reports to and he told me he reports to no one, and I insisted to speak to any manger available, he then put me on hold John Lesley will call me back Monday morning and If I have a problem with his answers I must address them to John Lesley. I waited the whole morning today (08-06-2020) for John Lesley to call me and he did not, I then called in at 12:10 pm and requested to speak to John Lesley, when I told him who I am he knew very well and told me to just bring in my car without even hearing what I heard to say. When I report Sunnyboy to him he was not interested and told they dont have a workshop manager and i should just bring the car in. I then asked him if i would get a courtesy car because I work everyday and I could be called in at anytime, and he blatantly said no and I must pour my own petrol, its either I bring in the car or not, that is the only way he will help me. After contentious arguing and fighting and him telling me to keep quite because he is talking now, i told him that I would report Hyundai Edenvale he then said he will pour my petrol and will not give me a courtesy. He then proceeded to tell me that his the highest management at Hyundai and no one else will assist me as his the boss, its either his way or no way.
