HYUNDAI faulse marking seven year warranty

Very disappointed with Hyundai seven year warranty "our promise to you" Bull****. I bought my Grand i10 brand new three years ago. On all four doors, the window rubbers on the outside are cracking and chunks of the rubbers have fallen off allowing water to enter the inside of the doors. So I've been to Hyundai Umhlanga dealership spoke to Devan warranty klerk to process the repair as far I understand this should be covered/repaired under the seven year warranty as the car is only three years old. Unfortunately I get a call from the warranty clerk saying this wont be covered under the warranty because its wear and tear and was told to call the hotline to motivate my claim if im not happy. In my opinion this cant be wear and tear its not a moving part,I dont even open windows in my car I run a/c most of the time. I called the customer care agent spoke to Tyron Brett,he said it wont be covered because of sun damage. How is it my fault if HYUNDAI makes the rubbers CHEAPLY,I never heard of any car brands that has to replace window rubbers every three years. Then they go on to say it also could be detergents that damaged the rubbers when washing,total bull****. They look at every possible reason to shy away from their "promise to you" seven year warranty slogan. I keep my car in tip top condition, im going to be trading in soon,I try and keep the integrity of the car intact,the seven year warranty is also there to keep the integrity of the brand for aftersales of the vehicle but the warranty department act as if they are repairing/replacing parts out their own pockets.
