Hyundai Exter

I recently bought a brand new Hyundai Exter from Hyundai N1 City. It was my worse buy ever. Sine purchased I’ve complained and begged for them to take this car back but my plea has fallen on deaf ears. No one at the branch is interested including senior management. I tried contacting the help desk but no one answers. I’ve now decided to contact the CEO on LinkedIn to see if he will at least listen to what I’m going through. I’m concerned for my safety as I put the car in drive and it gets stuck in neutral and won’t move. Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t want this car! God help me!
