Hyundai eThekwini

My experience with Hyundai has been nothing short of a disappointment and misery since day 1. Bought a brand new car(Grand i10) May 2023 of which was handed over with an empty tank, 2. The car had issues with the gear which wasn't working properly(mainly gear 1 and R). 3. Car was taken in again for another issue, which they had to disassemble it, Lord knows what was happening there(mind you, this is a brand new car). 4. Whenever you complain, the service is terrible and no one is ever quick enough to respond to your query until you call multiple times or send emails. 5. The service department at eThekwini is honestly disappointing... I could go on for a long time. They have made my first car experience a distasteful one. Would 10/10 NOT recommend.
