Hyundai empty Promises and no services

Hyundai SA is the worst ever Dealer in SA. I am still waiting from 23 December for parts for my new Creta which does not even have 20000km on the clock. The radiator cooling fan seized and they promised the part will be available on the 15th of January 2025 but up until now, no parts arrived and nobody at Hyundai care to give me any feedback. Numerous email were send and a couple of calls were made to Hyundai customer care/complaints. they promised every time that someone will call me back. What a way to just get rid of you. Hyundai SU***.
