Hyundai elantra 2015

Terrible experience and would never recommend to anyone this dealership,the sales agent (Ryno Mouton) does care about a client, seems like its all about money to them and not giving a good customer service,i purchased a car from them ,everything was signed and all information was provided ,Ryno had told me that the car will be here by today(18/12/2017),but when i called the carriers today,the carriers told me it takes 5 to 7 working days,this is unacceptable ,i am now without a car due to false promises ,there is no consideration for a customer ,Ryno told me he will contact me after i found out about the delivery turn around time ,its been three hours now and no feedback yet,is this how Hyundai brackenfell sales guys treat their customers,i have a family to see too,i have things to do ,but now everything must be put on hold due to incompetency ,never have i ever had an awful experience as this,i want to be sorted ASAP
