Hyundai EL Poor Service

When I took my ix35 to Hyudai E L ,adivision of the Kempston Group, for a 60000km service I requested that the left window switch be replaced as well as the left front seatbelt repaired and bonnet which was skewalso repaired.I live about 240km from E L in Mthatha. When the vehicle was collected I was told that the window switch had been ordered as well as the seat belt and the bonnet had to be inmspected by a body shop.A fewb weeks later I was told the window switch had arrived and when I had a chance I took the vehicle in to have it fitted. When I collected the vehicle I found that the switch still did not work.A new switch was installed but nobody had tested it.After several phone calss etc I contacted the dealer principal who arranged for a courtesy vehicle and my vehicle collected in Mthatha. The vehicle was evetually returned and I was told that the wrong switch was originally installed.Nothing had been communicated about the seatbelt and bonnet. On 24 June 2016 I booked the vehicle in for a 75000km service about a year later.I told the service department that I was on leave and would leave the vehicle with them untoil 8 July 2016 sothat all the outstanding issues i.e. the bonnet and the safetybelt could be attended to.I was never contacted during this period and updated. On the morning of 8 July at about 07h30 I contacted the service dept and enquired if I could collect the vehicle as previously arranged and was told that the seatbelt had been ordered and the bonnet problem was awaiting authorisation. At about 12h00 I went to collect my vehicle and found that it was dirty and had scratch marks all along the left front bumper and the right bumper as if the vehicle had collided with a pillar or somthing similar as the paint was off.Thi swas broughtr to the attention of the service manager and he was informed by me that I would not take delivery of the vehicle and he wouldhave to supply me with a courtesy vehicle and then return my vehicle when repaired. He informed me that this was not possible as all his vehicles were out and I must take my vehicle and when they are ready to attend to the bonnet they will repair the damages. He also told me when I inssited on another vehicle to go to the place I bought the vehicle from,Ca[pe Town, and requeste them to give me a vehicle. After a heated argument and me informing gthat I had contacted the dealer principal he suddenly found a vehicle ,this was at about 13h15,I was informed that within about 45 min and I was to wait at a shopping mall. I patiently waited until 16h15 when I was eventually contgactyed and told the veicle was on its way.I feel they had enough time to do all the repairs etc and I was not unreasonable to not accept the vehicle and that this was the second time I was let down by this company.
