Hyundai EL bad service

Hyundai in East London has me waiting for a hooter installation for close to a year now. My car is new and under warranty so I thought when I've reported an issue, the resolution should not take that long. I reported the faulty hooter last year in October and I still don't have it resolved meaning I'm driving around with a car that doesn't hoot. I'm being told that a part has been ordered from Jhb and I'll get a call when it's arrived. I have to go myself and follow up cause they don't answer phones as well at service and parts. I find their service appaling and am wondering why I changed from Toyota, I'm quite disappointed
