Hyundai edwin swales sells vehicle not roadworthy
I got sold a car that was not roadworthy in June 2023. The Seatbelt wasnt working and no spare key. Sales person said I'll need to sort. When I took the car back to sort the Seatbelt in August I was told I needed to wait 6 weeks for the replacement to come, so no driving the vehicle for 6 weeks. After insisting, Hyundai took the Seatbelt from another car. I requested they do a proper inspection of my car and they found rust. The service advisor Tremaine said they would log it and let me know once i needed to bring it back. Months passed and no feedback. In Nov 2023 i go in for my service, i report the Seatbelt again but was told it's fine... But ITS NOT FINE! Hyundai finally gives me a spare key. Talk about slow service. Upon completion of the service I ask Tremaine about the rust AGAIN, her response is she is not sure why it wasn't done. 2 weeks later she calls to say I must bring my car in AGAIN to sort out the rust. They need 3 to 5 days. So I advised them that I use my vehicle to work and they need to explain why this wasn't resolved months ago. Raj the dealer principal has no customer care skills whatsoever and its no surprise why all the staff there dont give a damn in assisting. Hyundai messed up time and time again now I must be inconvenienced.
