Hyundai Edenvale - Poor Customer Service

Car booked in for radio to be fixed, almost 2 weeks later radio re-fitted without being fixed....3 weeks later car booked in.again to replace brake pads, fix rear sensor and radio..dropped off car in the morning at around 7am, throughout the day they kept making empty promises to provide updates only to discover when I went to collect the car at around 16:00, that the car was never worked on, was told that they ordered parts and will have to bring it back. Why was the car kept whole day when they knew they,'ll never work on it. Not the first receiving such a pathetic service from this dealership service consultant/manager. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
