HYUNDAI EDENVALE .....

Its been one year now that I have my Grand i10, from the time I have received the car I have been sending the car back to Edenvale Hyundai for the same problems (clutch, hand brake, car pulling either to the left or right and a noise from the engine bay). they always did the alignment , they always did test on the vehicle yet I have told them every single time take the car on the freeway. So this past week I left the car for the last time has this is now an inconvenience to me. I was told that the manager ZEE and the workshop manager both drove the car , my husband jumped into the car in the presents of the workshop manager , upon reverse there is a knocking noise from the engine bay, upon driving forward the same noise, This is now my 3rd i10, everyone in my family drives a Hyundai vehicle so I know the quality off the vehicle, I was told by the workshop manager that noise is nothing to worry about, it is not a faulty . Hyundai has been paid in full for a new vehicle not pre owned and I think I have been way to nice about this matter!!!! the vehicle will be a year in April, I have email the manager ZEE who did not even get back to me. I am so disappointed that such a dealership cannot keep up to their reputation and standard . If I had to advise anyone on this I would tell them never deal with Hyundai ever again and that is what I will do if Hyundai does not get back to me, I am also going to report this to the media cause this is not professional at all
