Hyundai Eastrand

I'm really disappointed with the service I received at Hyundai East rand they dont care about their customers, if you planning on buying a car please dont waste your money by going there 😖😖.

I bought a car on 29 December 2023 and I noticed that the clutch isnt well and I reported the isuue and was advised to bring back the car so they check it and they confirmed that the clutch is faulty and that they booked the car at Renault for it to be repaired.

I took the car on 19 January and two weeks later I still dont have the car, they not giving me feedback I'm constantly running after them they always telling me that they waiting for feedback as well. I didn't receive a courtesy car or money for the inconvenience caused. Im using my own money for transport which is frustrating and sad part is that they dont care. If I knew I would have bought the car at another dealership.

Im very disappointed they did me dirty as a customer and ruined my entire experience of owning a car.
