Hyundai East Rand workshop

Hyundai East Rand DIAGNOSED the problem with my 2011 Santa Fe hooter as a faulty horn unit. Total cost was just over R4 000 for parts and labor. A new horn unit and electrical harness were ordered from South Korea. The spares arrived in good time and I took the vehicle back. Driving back home I tested the horn as well as when I arrived home. The horn was better however the problem was not completely resolved. I sent the Service Manager audio clips of what the horn sounds like. A day or so later the workshop contacted me to bring the vehicle in and leave it for the day so they can run tests on the hooter. This was done on 9 April 2024. After lunch on 9 April a service consultant called me advising me that additional expenses are required as they need to fit a double horn or something to the effect. I did not even listen to the quote as that was nonsense and went to fetch my car. All this tells me the initial fault identification was not done properly resulting in additional costs for the client. I now sit, after spending over R4 000 with a hooter that is still not functioning properly. What to do - it seems pointless trying to resolve the issue as we will go round in circles playing for time until the client is exhausted and drop the issue. I`m retired and extremely unhappy how this turned out.
