Hyundai east rand lack of values

After being pushed to purchase a vehicle from the sales rep before month end, and being rushed to sign the contract, staff at Hyundai east rand has gone out of their way to prove that all they wanted was the sale. The sales rep over promised and under delivered. When we asked to sort out tint and plates for the vehicle which was agreed to have ready before the car was collected, the sales rep agreed and promised to fetch the car during work hours and have it back the same day. She picked up the car at 10am only to deliver at 7.30pm that night after numerous calls to her abd the branch. When I called the dealership to find out what is going on and when to expect the car, no1 knew what was going on leaving me stranded at work without a vehicle. The sales rep had the audacity to deliver at nigh and still shout at my husband and I implying that the car was cheap compared to other deals she was signing yet she pushed for this car for me to purchase. Hyundai east rand has proven they only there for the sale and over promising and under delivering with staff who has no customer service s****s is what they strive for! Never have I felt so let down bul**** and under valued. Steer clear of Hyundai east rand. They do not have values or morals. From the management to the sales rep!
