Hyundai do not cover rust on the roof of vehicles!

In 2010 we bough a Gets , with 150000km/5 year warantee, along with a 4 year service plan. Jan 2015 we took vehicle to Hyundai Amanzimtoti, with rust bubble on the roof around aerial. They took photos and advised they were submitting a claim. Few weeks later , heard nothing, called them , they told me to call Customer Service.<br> They advised roof of vehicle not covered for rust- I asked them for proof in the manual- Point 6 in the manual under rust says 150000km/ 5 year warrantee.(No exclusions) They keep referring to point 5 Paint & embellishment which has exclusions & advise i must take them to Umbadsman. To do this I requested copy of claim/rejection, to which Amanzimtoti advised they had not submitted the claim as they knew it would not be covered. Amanzimtoti have not filled in the rust check each time the vehicle was serviced and advise they only do so on request- i took them another customer book - each of their rust checks done without request- they have no comment. I have written to Wendy Nola- no response yet. I want other people to know their roofs of Hyundai vehicles are not covered. Even manager & sales at Amanzimtoti branch do not know this.
