Hyundai disappointment

Terrible service all round. From the time I took my brand new Hyundai for its first service I Complain about a knocking I hear under the car. They treat me like a stupid that is hearing things til the last service under warranty 5years later mentioning the same issue. Every part was apparently changed but the issue was still there and still I was hearing things. I eventually got outside assistance that found the issue that a massive company like Hyundai couldn't for 5 years. Then I met in an accident where my bumper is damaged and Hyundai has delayed the fix 2months because they supp**** SMG auto repair with Five defect bumpers. To top that they won't provide a courtesy car because it's not their policy. My family has gone the Hyundai route for over 15 years but never again. I wonder if I purchased a top of the range Hyundai would I have still received the poor service or be treated like the idiot with the cheap car so they don't need to do much for me...
