Hyundai Customer service sucks!

My car was taken in for service on Monday 11th of April at Hyundai Louis Trichardt (Makhado), with a list of things I required to be checked. On the spot I was quoted R8 132 and paid. The second diagnostic came the following day and the quote was R24 000. I agreed and paid the full amount so that they can continue with the rest of the quoted work. I was notified after 3 days that the car will not be finished until after the Easter weekend. After requesting a courtesy car considering the inconvenience of not having a car for such a long time, I was informed that Hyundai Louis Trichardt does not have courtesy vehicles. I am currently inconvenienced with places to go over the Easter weekend, whereas my car will be parked at a Hyundai workshop, after paying R32 000 for service. Hyundai customer service sucks, my next car will definitely not be a Hyundai
