Hyundai Creta Bad Carpets

Dear Hyundai

Please assist my wife purchased a Hyundai Creta in March. The problem we have is that the carpet is Fraying and it is really bad. Now I was told that warranty does not cover this why is this? Too pay so much for a vehicle and the carpet starts fraying is not on. The car is only 5 months old. This is the second Hyundai we have purchased and I am really disappointed with the Carpets
