hyundai Constansiakloof

i took my hyundai tucson for service at Hyundai constantia Kloof 2 weeks ago and after week of service it started having a gearbox problem i took it back on thursday 8 December 2022 for repairs i was told that it will only be taken for a gearbox specialist on Monday 12 December 2022, and they even have the audacity to say that i might get it next year and that time they say they don't offer a courtesy car ,now i am forced to hire a car with the money that i dont have because they haven't started fixing my car and they dont even care to offer a courtesy car , i will never buy a hyundai car ever again in my life.i am so frustrated.
