HYUNDAI CENTURION SELLS CARS THAT HAVE FAULTY COMPONENTS

I bought my car at the hyundai centurin branch 2 years ago ,hyundai venue .I havent used the cigarrete lighter ever since up until now 2 years later and realised it does work at all ,,i asked for clarification and assistance from hyundai centurion but they not willing to assist ,i booked it in at the branch in Bloemfontein and they mentioned they cant assist me because i broke it ..how can i break this socket when i havent it for two years ??? it doesnt make sense .. am just disaapointed in the centurion branch ,fist it was the wipers ,then it was the battery now its the cigarette lighter socket ..centurion hyundai ripps people off ...i regret buying this car at this branch
