Hyundai Centurion - Faulty battery

Hyundai Centurion, sold me a pre-owned car and after 4 months the battery died completely and they ignored any request to replace. (the same thing happened to my sister with another car and shop and they replaced the battery immediately, no questions asked),

They also claimed the car passed a Dekra assessment but ignore my requests to get the report.
