Hyundai cars are not reliable and so is the dealer

On the 24 September, I was driving Hyundai i20 and it just stopped in the middle of the road. I called for Hyundai road side assistance and my car was towed to Hyundai Polokwane. A month has lapsed and still I did not get any help and when I call for feedback they say they are still waiting for parts. My question is how long should I wait for parts. A month, two months or a year? They refused to tell me what is wrong with my car. They just told me it was a warranty matter and to make mater worse they refused to give me a courtesy car. I mean my car is still new and it went to 15 000 km in April this year. Word of advice to anyone who wants to buy Hyundai car, Hyundai cars are not reliable and so is the dealer.
