Good Day Hyundai Cars and *********** Mechanical Personnel-Technician (Service staff) In 2013 I bought a brand new IX35 SUV – Manually transmission car from Menlyn Hyundai Dealership in Pretoria, the car is very beautiful and nice to drive but I did not enjoy it as the car came with the clutch problem. I had to replace the clutch more than three times and they dealer have *********** personnel to do the right job. I struggle a lot with the car up until I did a trade in 2018. In 2018 I bought a brand new white Tucson 1.6 tgdi sport (Automatic Transmission) at Hyundai Wonderboom South in Pretoria, the car is very beautiful but the quality is not good. I have experienced the same problem with the clutch plate and had to replace it twice. When I bought the car they told me is automatic and I won’t have similar problem like IX35. The sunroof broke once, and it was a lifetime problem. I had to take the car to Hyundai Wonderboom South dealership many times with similar problem for sunroof. The sunroof will open and never close again.

*********** Mechanical personnel- the staff are so arrogant and lack training on how to fix the cars. They will make you look like a fool, and you don’t know what you are talking about.

Finally, I am so happy because will never ever buy Hyundai cars. I traded inn the car with the good brand of which I won’t mention.
