Hyundai cant supply parts and spares for their vehicles

I own a hyundai i30 2013 1.8 I'm battling to get a conrod from hyundai to fix my motor. I've been to hyundai durban south wer I purchased the conrod and they said itll be couried from South Korea then they get back to me saying they cant get the conrod they want to refund me my money. If the agents cant supply us with parts why are we purchasing their cars. I've looked all over south africa and I cant get a conrod for a 1.8 i30 2013 model. It's a fairly new car but now I cant get it repaired. I feel like money just dropped in a drain.
