Hyundai cannot repair their product

My Hyundai H1 jerks when I drive.<br> <br> I sent it for repairs to Hyundai Roodepoort ( last week of July 2015 and collected it on the 4th Aug 2015) It was ok for about a week, but then the same problem occurred. <br> <br> The vehicle was taken to the dealer again. It was \ok"for a week"
