Hyundai - Buyers Remorse - Paid in Full but no Service Plan

I purchased Hyundai 2013 i20 Motion in June 2015, The salesman was very eager in getting me to come collect the vehicle and hence his commision.

I was only able to pick up the vehicle 3 days after he had said the vheicle was ready. At this time when I got there the vehicle was still unwashed, and the number plates not yet fixed to the vehicle. In other words, the only thing prepared was the contract documentation.

The vehicle was purchased with a service plan. The vehichle also did not go through the the 150 point Hyundai inspection, which later got revealed after having some problems with the vehicle, relating the the mechanical works.

I went directly to Hyundai where there seemed to be no urgency to assist after which I took the situation to Nedbank (MFC) where they had aasssisted and suggested a substitution of goods. This process took a number of weeks after which I then received the replacement.

During purchase the motor salesman convinced me to purchase a service plan. This service plan paid for was to be transfered, which Hyundai had assured me was done. It is now more than a year later where I still have no service plan. I spend time weekly asking the salesman and branch manager in assisting with the process and nothing has happened.

I still have no serviece plan....

Hyundai - Good Vehicles, Worst Service. Sorry guys, you have lost my vote.
