Hyundai Bryanston Service Department stole my shoes

I took my car to Hyundai Bryanston on the 15th of March 2018. It was a minor service and I asked for it to be done by 12 pm, the latest as I had to rush to the hospital to visit my dad within the visiting hours provided. The service consultant, unfortunately I forgot her name, but she sits next to the lady by the name of Tumi was assisting me on that day. She called me around 11:30 to tell me my car can be collected. Unfortunately as I was hasty that morning, I had forgotten a pair of heels in the car. I did not realize this at the time of collecting the car, but my heels were ******. I called the service department and the consultant made me wait on the line while she asked the guy that washed it and the guy that serviced it if they had seen my heels. Shockingly they both said no. Be careful of this service department - they even ***** women used shoes. I also felt that the service consultant did not do much to assist me with finding these shoes, that was ****** by one of their staff.
