Hyundai Bryanston

I went to the Hyundai Dealership in Bryanston. A salesman attended to me, he had then told me that the dealership had 17 cars available in stock for the car i wanted. I then got approved for finance the week after, only to ask when I can take delivery of the car. The salesman had taken the vehicle and sold it to another customer. He proceeded to speak more lies about having stock and I was informed that the car will be here by the end of this week. Its going onto 3 weeks and I still have not recieved any car. The principle dealer at Bryanston actually condones this behavior of her staff and the lies that Hyundai staff speak , she says "she cannot do anything" and has literally offered no help in finding the car or trying to address her staff member. This is absolutely disgusting behavior from Hyundai staff at Bryanston and even more disgusting for the Hyundai brand alone. Poor customer service . All in all the worst branch in Johannesburg with staff only interested in making a sale and commission rather than focusing on the customers itself.
