Hyundai Bruma- terrible customer service!!

I approached this dealership so I could purchase my Hyundai i20. At the beginning, everything was perfect. They assisted me with getting car finance, advising me on the best options etc. They were so helpful and efficient!

Once my contract was approved by the bank I requested a copy so that I could puruse through the agreement and check that everything is in order. To my surprise, "additional extras" had been added to the contract without my consent. I ask for the smash and grab to be removed ( because they had initially said it would be free) and the tracker to be removed as my insurance was going to provide me with a tracker. The next day when the revised contract was sent to me, I scrutinised it again and saw that they had only removed the smash and grab and not the tracker too. Again, I requested for this to be removed. The next day when I received the second revised contract, everything that I asked to be removed was removed, except that my maintenance plan price changed from 2k to 6k. They tracker that I had asked to be removed was now added into the maintenance plan price.

My biggest issue is that had I not taken the time to read through my contract, I would have signed away almost 10k of additional extras I didn't even ask for. How does one include certain things into a contract without notifying the other party? Where is the consensus? The meeting of the minds? Absolutely ridiculous.

After all of that, my contract was what I wanted it to be. I took delivery of my car about a week ago. Now it's time to sort out my number plates.

The salesman takes the relevant documents to submit to the traffic department. He advises that it will take two days. After two days, I send him a message and ask about the progress. He tells me that he submitted scans to the department which are not clear therefore he had to resubmit. I accept this. He again advises that it will take two days. After two days, I again ask him on the progress of my number plates. He says he will follow up.

I then speak to another person at the dealership. She advises me that the traffic department does not accept a lease as a proof of address. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but my issue is that why did the initial salesman not tell me that the department does not accept leases? It's been over a week and I'm only told this now?

I have never received such bad customer service. I would not recommend Hyundai Bruma to anyone I know. Shocking service.
