Hyundai Braynston are not transparent!!!!!! Never buying from them again

In May 2020 my partner bought a preowned 2018 Hyundai i20 from Hyundai Bryanston, the car had 41 000km on it at the time. In four months (September) it had reached 45 000km and she sent it to the same dealership for a 45k service and it was done.

Now this past weekend we went to another dealer to do 60 000km service and we are told that the 60 000km service was already claimed at a 45 000km service.....(Nobody informed us of this), the lady at the Hyundai branch we went to this past was kind enough to tell us exactly what happened and she told us that the 45 000 km service was done at 40 000km and when we took the car for a service at 45000 in September it was claimed as a 60 000 instead of the 45 (Again nobody told us this)

What is more shocking is that the 40 000 which was done prior to us getting the car, was done about 6 months after the 30k km service was done. Which makes me wonder why was the service done in the first place, the car had not reached 15k and it had not been 12 months since the last service.

Now because we did a 60 000km service at 45 000km, this means that she has now lost or somewhat forfeited the other service plan because clearly now it wont be for 36 months. The person who helped her at the dealership with the 45 000km service did not even inform her that a service was done a few months prior to her getting the car and did not even bother to her that the service which they would would be doing would be for 60.

And there is more, her service book at the date of purchase did not have a stamp for the 40 000km service which was we were told (this past weekend) was done. They only stamped it when she took the car for the 45 000km service in September. Your service and lack of transparency is appalling to say the least. You guys get first time car buyers everyday, people who do not know what questions to ask, people who at times aren't even able to drive properly and instead of helping them in this journey of buying a car you guys basically take advantage of them by not DISCLOSING important information to them
