Hyundai Brackenfell worst after sales. **** beware

The worse service experience. I advise you not to take any service package with Hyundai, just a money making **** that cost me R300 extra pm. Hyundai Brackenfell sold me Hyundai bronze package. My car was on 71000 km when purchased. The Hyundai finance agent urged me to take the package and advised me that I could take the car for the 75000 km service hassle free. When my car just reach 75000 km and I booked my service, I was told that my 75000 km plan was not covered. The 90000km and 105 000 km is covered within 2 years. I drive 10000 km per year as I told them at the time, so I’m making a huge lost. I rate the service no stars.I’m still awaiting my boot backboard.
