HYUNDAI BRACKENFELL SOLD ME A PIECE OF JUNK

A year ago I bought a car at Hyundai Brackenfell. They sold me a car with a different color door. When I raised my concern the sales person Heine Van Zyl said he told me the doors were different in color. Who in their right mind would settle for such a deal. Dishonest, then he still lies about it. Eventually after much debate the salesman Heine then offers to have the car door resprayed (his now doing me a favor). Have you ever heard of something so absurd. They eventually replaced the car, but this time the cars ignition chews the keys. So you go out, get to your destination, and the key wont come out of the ignition, which means, you now have to comeback home. Then they replace the key, but the problem is not fixed. Hows this for a cash deal..... they think nothing of their customers all they are interested in, is making a sale. Once the deal is sealed you are left to run around and get issues resolved. The inconvenience linked to this is but the least of their concerns. They got your money now you have to sort out the ****. Try getting hold of senior management they are nowhere to be found. I guess they don't give a **** about their company's brand that's why they are in hiding. Note their secondhand cars should not be sold instead it should be taken to the S**** YARD. Be selective of where you purchase a car. Note not all that glitters is gold.
