Hyundai Brackenfell Extremely bad service

Extremely Bad Service. Bought a new vehicle two years ago. With first service they put in to much oil. Whent now for second service again they overfill the oil , failed ro sign service book . When I collected the vehicle it was raining the lady just took my payment and said vehicle outside in front of garage, between hundred other vehicles had to search in the rain for the vehicle lady was to lazy to stand up and show me where vehicle is. Will not buy Hyundai again.
