Hyundai Boksburg terrible service

<p>Aslam Mahomed‎ to Hyundai South Africa</p> <p>Good morning</p> <p><br />I would like to say the experience that I had at Hyundai Boksburg Service department was appalling.</p> <p><br />Firstly my IX35 vehicle was taken in for a check up why it was making sounds, then to get a call to say that the 4 types need to be changed. I was then given a quote for the 4 types which I have accepted telephonically & given them the go ahead. Then received a call after two days to say they misquoted me & I told them they have to carry on with the intial quote as it was there mistake. The service advisor told me it will be sorted out. Then I go to pay them for the tyres, after which I go to my vehicle only to find 2 tyres been changed. I go back inside & the service advisor says everyone's gone home already (Friday) so come back on Monday. I then spoke to the Headoffice & they advised me to talk to the dealer principal who called me to say he can't do anything about.</p> <p><br />I will never use Hyundai Boksburg again & I will never drive a Hyundai ever again.</p> <p><br />SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS.</p> <p>Thank you </p> <p> </p> <p>Aslam Mahomed</p>
