Hyundai Boksburg Service Department

<p>Before I begin, I must apologize for my delayed response.</p> <p> </p> <p>About 2 months back my vehicle went in for a service at Hyundai boksburg. About a week later I was getting to travel long distance and decided to do wheel balancing and alignment. Going to my local tyre place to have alignment done, upon trying to loosen one of the bolts, the stud snapped clean off on the wheel. I quickly went into a state of panic realsing this would affect my trip the following day.</p> <p>Quickly rushing back to Hyundai Boksburg Service Department, I asked to speak to someone with regards to the matter. (again apologies my memory with names is not the best) They called, I am assuming the service manager or supervisor by the name of Willem if memory serves me correctly.</p> <p>Explaining the situatin and what had happened, he calmly ask if I am prepared to wait while he takes the car into the workship.</p> <p>Not to long after that he returned my vehicle with the stud replaced no questions asked.</p> <p>I cannot express enough my thanks to Willem and the team at Hyundai Boksurg Service Department for the excellent service provided and helpfulness. </p>
