HYUNDAI BOKSBURG -never doing business with you ever again

its been a sad and very left a terrible experience with me and still going on ...my car was offloaded with road side assistance the 20th July 2018 due to the car not wanting to go into gear, i was taken home with their driver which was great but was told other cars had been booked in for service and i had to wait to the Monday the 23rd before they would even look at to what was wrong, Monday came no one called me ..i called back and was told warranty was going to pay but i had to wait as the part was to be imported from Korea. no one as since called me back, i have been calling for days - the branch manager brushed me off saying there were nothing they could do for me as i had no vehicle contract to help me with a car, i am a mother of 3 which meant nothing to him and i as told merely to wait..i was told the part was received yesterday at Hyundai east rand but that it would only be ready Friday 17th august. i begged them to please fix it as i needed my car and no meas of getting around.. i was told i ave to wait. i asked them to please fix it as they had the part , the car has been there for almost a month surely they can please just add the gear cable that was ordered and i was told no there are another car in for services, so this means i am not important, yet just another customer..its fine i will never do business with Hyundai again
