HYUNDAI BLOEMFONTEIN SOLD ME A CODE 3 VEHICLE UNDER CODE 2 PRETENSE.

I bought a 2018 2L Premium Auto from Hyundai Bloemfontein. I was informed that the vehicle is a code 2 vehicle (second hand) only to find out that the vehicle is a code 3 vehicle. I went to Dekra and the report indicates that the vehicle may have been in a collision. All front air bags dont work, the parking brake is out of legal range and the Principle Dealer, Mr Peter Scott refuses to assist me. Please help me!
