Service excellence is definitely not the standard at some dealerships anymore. I've been a loyal Hyundai customer for 8 years and with buying my last car almost 2 months ago I have had the worst experience from 2 branches. Some of the paperwork is still not completed. I complained to the BP and got no feedback from him. Still struggling to get my number plates and registration done.
