Hyundai Bellville has ****** my business and sold me H1 bus with broken engine
On or and about the 6 December 2021 I purchased a Hyundai H1 from Belleville Hyundai for my catering business. It was delivered to me on the 8th December 2021. After noticing overheating on the 14th my husband sent a whatsApp to the salesman by the name Vincent Sani, enquiring about the cause of the overheating . The salesman said he does not know why the car is overheating. On the 19th December the car broke down, engine seized due to overheating . On the 20th December 2021, it was towed down to East London Hyundai Service Center. I sent Bellville Hyundai the letter cancelling the contract. Mr Kyle Brownman ( Bellville Hyundai ) rep**** and argued that we had a car, thus they retain the right to repair it, we agreed that they should repair it.
It's been a long and unreasonable period of time for the car not to be available for the business it was bought for and already I have been forced to incur lots of unforeseeable transportation costs, due to the car 's absence, not to mention the loss of business due to lack of capacity.
Each time I visit EL Hyundai Centre for progress feedback, I am told the same story that Bellville Hyundai is not putting them in a possession to repair the car. When I sent an email to Bellville Hyundai I received no reply. Since the car has been towed to EL Hyundai Service Centre , no feedback was ever given to me by the Bellville Hyundai dealership and no replacement car or other alternative was given to me to alleviate the business financial pressure I'm under as a result of the absence of the car. I am shattered and dismayed that a reputable motor dealership like Hyundai is capable of such a conduct .
