Hyundai Bedfordview are ***** and their staff are not trained

Hyundai Bedfordview is ********* - I reported them to the Ombudsman because they did not replace my breaks. I then got a response from the Ombudsman saying that Hyundai Bedfordview has sent them proof that they have replaced the breaks - when it clearly was not replaced by them - I paid Hyundai Sandton to replace the breaks. I have since my complaint not heard a single word back from them. I want my money back in full.
