Hyundai Ballito - lies, empty promises, ZERO service level, THE WORST!!!

Bought TWO new vehicles (1 x brand new Grand i10, 1 x demo Elantra Exec) from your new dealership in Ballito (KZN North Coast) in July last year. Their service is worst we've ever had from ANY car dealership.

From the beginning we've been given the run around, always having to chase up with them rather than them keeping us updated. We've had lies and empty promises from most of the people we've dealt with including the salesperson "Clive", the sales manager "Neren", and the regional manager "Tolmai".

To date the Elantra is still NOT registered!!! It's cost us time and money to get the i10 back to them to sort out issues; which have not been sorted out to our satisfaction! If and when they do respond us we will again have to waste OUR time and expenses to get the car to them AT THEIR CONVENIENCE!!!

Attempts to get hold of their director Avi Singh is futile. Everyone keeps on blocking my calls to him.

This is the third Hyundai dealer we've bougtht from; and the 4th and 5th Hyundai vehicles that we've owned. WHAT DO WE DO?
