Hyundai ballito

I had a problem with my car ,it was taken to Hyundai ballito to be fixed ,it was 15 January the problem was sorted all test done ,the car was fine that what the manager told me ,on the second week Friday the day I was suppose to fetch the car ,he told me he got authorisation from warranty that he must put new cylinder head Nd when I asked how long will that take he said a month because they don't have parts in the country ,now my issue is I'm paying for a car that I'm not using ,is that fair and they don't provide courtesy cars to customers.they are fixing Thier fault ,and I must suffer.their service is bad they don't even update you what's happening.im Very disappointed with this business they are inconsiderate and don't care about customers. I have been given warnings at work for coming late ,my health is at risk taking 4 taxis to work .I hate this business with all of my heart .they manufacture faulty cars and they care a dam .Thier service is bad and pathetic those bunch of ****** .the inconvenience they caused to me it's more than words can express,this *****ed up business
