Hyundai bad service and late

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> Hyundai Edenvale provided me with very bad service and customer experience, I am still waiting for my headlight, bumper and bonnet protective film to be installed for my new Hyundai i20 2015. When I bought my old Hyundai i20 2013 at Hyundai Boksburg I was given this protection FREE OF CHARGE, but Hyundai Edenvale charges me for this.
