Hyundai after sales help
Hi guy's
Just a heads up, I have bought my vehicle from Hyundai Umhlanga. I have received the best service when purchasing the vehicle, however the service after is a damn joke. I currently have a problem with my battery, so I remember they added warranty booster which wiIl now cover me now for 7 years or 200,000 km I have called the warrenty guys n advised them what's wrong with the vehicle they have logged a claim and stated I need to go to a Hyundai dealer I went to the dealership in umhlanga one of the advisers said I need to go to any battery center reason is Hyundai offers 1 year warranty and the centers 2 years so the warranty will tell them send it to the outsourced party. I went to Super quick they gave me a quote the warranty people telling me to go back to Hyundai when I go to Hyundai the service guy looks at me like God heres this customer again after explaining then he says ok go to reception and book the vehicle in,whilst booking the adviser comes to pick up something from the printer which I think it was things he was doing be I spoke to him the receptionist then asked him if this is your customer which was ment for me . Then adviser was look YA OK but don't just book it see when u got dates for. How that answer for "willingness to assist". So guys I think next I'll go with VW maybe that more premium Now I don't know who to help me the warrenty guys or Hyundai. So people and future Hyundai buyers great service when buying but no customer service after sales NO USE BRAGGING ABOUT YOUR 7 YEAR 200,000KM WARRANTY USELESS. Please mind typos. Written with anger
