Hyundai accent poor condition and service

I purchased the 2017 Hyundai accent 1.6 fluid A/T at Hyundai Umhlanga and picked up on Thursday 16/05/2019.

1.There is a crack on the right side of the number near the rear fog light .

2. There is a broken component at the bottom of the front end of the car .

3. The handbrank feels streched.

4.The car does not have the undercarriage cover attached.

5.The car was given to me with a bulge on the left front tyre.This was marked as defective and was still not changed .

6.on pickup of the vehicle all the tyres were flat ie. 1.5 bars and below .

7.The pdc at the left rear looks like it's been pushed in .it does not set flush like the other 2.

On the basis on the above stated. I am quite disappointed and disgusted. It alludes me to believe that this car may have been invoved in an accident .The service that I had received was definitely under par . I definitely do not want to keep this vehicle and this needs to be either replaced or I need to be compensated. This is quite unacceptable that I have to indure this inconvenience ,risk of my safety due to point 5 and 6 above and loss of my time afternoon on a Saturday to replace the tyre .
