26 Jul 2021, 13:38 Faulty hyundai kona.2018 model My hyundai kona is 1 year 11 months now but already the timing chain is replaced, oil pump replaced and after that the heater not working and fuel consumption is totally bad. I took it several times to the dealer but it is just becoming a s**** day by day...i can tell this is a factory fault and the car was bought brand new in 2019 August.

Why cant they just admit that there is a factory fault with this car?

Am stressed and dissapointed..

Hyundai south africa now saying only ombudsman can assist with this issue?

Here is the messege i got from the headoffice ""Unfortunately we as Hyundai South Africa can only mediate on complaints. As per the customer protection act only the Ombudsman can arbitrate on matters.""
