Hyndai William Moffat road

I bought a grand I10 at HYNDAI in Port Elizabeth, Moffat In 2021 October . I took it for its first and second service with the same company. My last service date was the 14-07-2022 . I started hearing a noise in the engine then I took it to hyndai William Moffat road on the 22/09/2022 for them to check it . They said it will take 3 days to order the part and I might get the car the following week . I called again the following week because they did not contact me , the person attending to me said they are struggling finding the part . I called again and they said the have to order the part out of South Africa , they are struggling and it’s on backlog . I called again and they said the part might get here on the 29th of October 2022. They service manager Chantel said they do not have any courtesy cars available, they only have two courtesy cars in port Elizabeth and they are with other people . She said I must call the head office and lay complaint . My car is still under warranty and it gets serviced when it’s due , I have the records . I went to Hyndai William Moffat road today , the 11th of October and they said I must call the head office because there is nothing they can do . The person handling the call on the other side (Sibongile) did not attend to me , she kept saying she can’t hear me then the call was dropped . The service Assistant saw all of this . I am struggling, I have to use Uber taxi service everyday to go to work which is 15,4km away from where I stay . I stay in walmer and I work In kenako mall zwide , my partner also works in the location, kwazakhele . My son attends school in walmer , he hasn’t gone to school since last month because of the travelling troubles . There are no taxis close to where I stay and no taxis going to my son’s school .
