Hyndai SA.... SIES!!

We recently registered a complained for my pensioner mother with Hyundai Roodepoort, after her Hyundai Tucson stood in their dealership for well over 76 days initially, and it is still there today. We were told that the car had Turbo issues, but seemingly no REAL experts were on hand to deal with the problem timeously. We had to wait for extended periods while Hyundai roodepoort went from pillar-to-post trying to figure out the nature of the problem, all the while they are supposed to have used their super diagnostics machine to detect the fault.

Now they are telling us we caused more damaged to our car and that there is nothing they can do. Even Hyundai SA has declined to arbitrate, with very little involvement/accountability, but we will be taking this matter up with all our might. Our car reg is FM 66 RF.
