Hyndai Boksburg is a ****

Bought my Hyndai I10 2021 model last year on the 11th February at Hyndai Boksburg. When I bought the car I was advised that I need to pay over R7000 for a service plan and that my cay will be due for for service after 15000 KM, also i can service my car at wny workshop since i am based in PTA. My car is due for service and I ennquired with Hyndai Wonderboom, they told me that I was not in any service plan then therefore I'll hve to pay the amount in cash. To my shock, i contacted the Boksburg Branch and the lady I spoke with (Sharon) also advised the samething, saying that my car does not have any service plan therefore she will escalate to her manager. I am still waiting for the mabager to call, and in all honesty I am not happy with how the Boksburg Branch is treating their Customers. Can i please be refunded my R7000 and a couple of cents so I can pay for my car services, I mean One of the reasons as to why i paid my services in advance was because times are tough and I might not have the money to pay for my services cash, now I need to take my car for service, shockingly I am not in a service plan. Question is...what happened to my R7000
