Hyhundai Groberdal

We have a Hyhundai H1 as an Ambulance. Our vehicle is rented trouout Eqstra Fleet. So our ambulance is service on time as per said schedule. So one of our member notice a leak on the diff...so it was send to Hyhundai Groberdal to investigate. So after some time day we been told that there is a crack in the welding of the diffe.. So my question is were to from Nou.

As this is a fleet vehicle and it should be still under warranty?

Apparently Hyhundai decline that they cannot replace or repair it under warranty? So Hyhundai Groberdal approach Eqstra fleet. Eqstra agree to pay for the repair.

So here is my question It's not a wear and tear,not bad driving, not because we fail to service. What is it....bad welding or not poor welding or what....

Again let's assume.....so my Ambulance is book in somwear in JHB...for the repair... We want to know who Will be liable for down time costing.... As Hyundai Fail to report back .
